If you ever get to Peoria, Il. and you want coffee, espresso, etc. go to 30/30 Coffee. They are doing it right. They buy straight from the farmers, they roast on site, grind to brew, sell only small amounts, and remove the stock when it gets old.
They are even hosting classes to educate consumers on why they do things the way they do.

Only associated by being a satisfied customer. I am home roasting too, and they _will sell green beans as well. My daughters and their friends have made it one of their hangouts. On weekends they usually have some sort of live entertainment. Definitely worth the trip.
