Is that right? is it called coffeesnob? We just want to say a big thank you to Mike Mckim. I am sorry we didn't post this great event earlier due to holidays. About a month ago, at his unfinished warehouse in Spring, TX, he introdused us his new espresso blend, coffee snob. Mike kindly gave us an informative walk-through about cupping. Hey Mike, I think no. 3 is my favorite for the first three days and surprisingly, no. 1 still tasted quite nicely after that for a couple days and because No. 3 was all out so I could n't compare it but to no. 2. And no. 1 somehow still has some vitality in it while no. 2 is kinda 'dead'. Mainly, they are all so fresh and crated great amount of crema. We prefer it in latte much better than in espresso.
Thank you so much, Mike. It was a lot of fun learning to slurp loudly. Enclosed is some cappa I made from no. 1, 2 and 3 and some sweet rolls I made. I hope you have a great breake. Happy Holidays!!
