Announcing the First Ever Midwest Regional Barista Guild Jam!!

February 19th and 20th in Overland Park, Kansas at Johnson County Community College.

Special Guest Star:  
Mr. Sammy Piccolo; reigning world latte art champ, 2nd place world Barista champ and (second year running) Canadian Barista champ.  

Come one, come all....there's room for 200 people with lots of food, free flowing espresso, prizes and give aways and the best thing of all......getting to know other passionate Baristi!!

This going to be one pimped up jam!!

Dates have been set at

Feb 18th, 6:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. Barista Guild Reception at PT's Coffee in Overland Park, Kansas

Feb 19th from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. jam all day at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas

Feb 20th 12:00-5:00 The day will be devoted to competition practice as well as a round table discussion with USBC judges

We have room for 200 Baristi and Cafe Owners.
We'll have more than several La Marzocco's set up, Conical and Burr Grinders and, yes, even a Swift Grinder.

Demonstrations will be
Espresso:  pulling the perfect shot
Milk Steaming and Fabulous Latte Art
Machine maintenance and cleaning
Gold Cup, what it is and how to get it.
And, as time progresses, there will be more added to the agenda

Cost will be $40 for non-BGA-members, $20 for BGA Members and no cost to those that help execute this jam.

Music, food and of course, lots of coffee.
