After a dozen years in Seattle, I recently re-located to South Florida.
Truth be told, my experiences so far when experiencing 'Cafe Cubano' have been somewhat...disappointing.
If anyone could point me in the right direction- in terms of a local cafe, espresso bar, bakery-cafe, etc., where these sugary 'long-pours' are created with some level of care and expertise, then I would be much obliged.

I was born and raised in Chi-town, Serge.
There is a new coffee-cafe on Washington St. between 15th and Lincoln Road called called 'Cafetto' which appears promising. Emphasis on the term 'appears', at this point.
