Posted Thu Dec 4, 2003, 8:20am Subject: Ethiopian coffee ceremony in NYC this weekend - wanna join us?
Hey.... any geeks in Manhattan or the surrounding areas who wants to try out the Ethiopian coffee ceremony this weekend? I'l be in Manhattan on Saturday and Sunday. I've done this in a few other places and it's a unique, wonderful coffee experience but can typically be done only with a group of four or more. The plan is to go to either Queen of Sheba on 9th Ave or a little place on Mulberry Street that offers it (near Houston).
If you're in.... just email me direct at phaelon56 at yahoo dot com
For info on what the heck is the ceremony all about, see my thread in the new Coffee and Tea forum at egullet.com
