Best advice is to use the search function on this site and just type in the city. You'll see several threads talking about shops in each area.
But off top of my head: Cincy: Rohs Street Columbus: Crema Cafe (Grove City) Cleveland: Phoenix (and there's a new one called Moko Coffee we haven't yet tried, although Mike Donnelly is a friend of our shop).
We are on your way from Columbus to Cincy. Our shop is only 6 miles south of Columbus on I-71. Stop in, I have some fantastic Colombian COE #5 Single Origin Espresso in the guest grinder.
Phoenix is nice and I recommend it. However, I would like to put in a special plug for Moko. I discovered them last week during a business trip and it became my cafe-away-from-home for the week. They serve Intelli and the Cat was tasting great! Mike and the rest of the staff were super nice and didn't mind talking coffee with an amateur home-barista.
