Are there any good coffee shops or roasters in State College, PA? From what I have read Saints Cafe is good, and so is Daily Grind. Any critique on these or other shops?

Yes there is an amazing place called W.C. Clarke's- it's at 234 E. Calder Way in downtown State College.... The owner Bill Clarke is a coffee artisan that roasts the coffee beans to perfection! You can also get other gourmet products at the shop. Tell him Fernando sent you....!

Alright to it seems that every time I to Saint's Cafe the coffee is pretty old, and where from over a week, to over 3 weeks. I have only once been able to get coffee that was under a week, excluding today, where the bag had 10/8 written on it as the roast date, but printed in small Font is 10/6 as the roasted date, making their freshest coffee 10 days old. No 10 day old coffee is certainly drinkable, though often the coffee will be older, but if you wait a week, it has become stale, and just taste more like stale coffee. W.C. Clarke just seems to roast a lot of the beans too dark a roast for me. Anyone know how I can get fresh coffee here, also has anyone been to Daily grind, I can't seem to find it.
