Just wanted to throw this out there that we'll be having our October cupping this evening at 7pm, 14 E. Grand Ave in New Haven at Bare Beans Organic Coffee Roastery. SInce it is Fair Trade month, our focus is on fair trade coffees and we'll briefly discuss the pros & cons of this model along with other models such as direct trade and how this affects the growers.
