Nice! Good to see another city outside NYC making coffee progress. I met Phil when I first visited Thinking Cup, he's a swell dude. Now to see if this movement spreads to Rochester and Syracuse...in due time I suppose!
Also, Larry, if you've got an account, you should let the guys in the comments know that RO isn't ideal for brewing coffee unless you add minerals back in. Show em the Insanely Long Water FAQ!
