Gonna be in Brooklyn and Manhattan for a few days visiting family. Haven't seen a lot of recent posts here on what's happening coffee-wise in NYC. Any microroasters or good new shops popped up in the past couple of years? What's good and/or interesting in Red Hook, Prospect Park area, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Manhattan?
Everyman NYC just opened up their new place 301 W Broadway in SoHo. You can probably expect the same quality and level of awesomeness that you'd get at the OG Everyman.
My favorite is Sweetleaf, they have two locations: Williamsburg and Long Island City. Williamsburg has tons of places (Blue Bottle, Tobey's, etc). Also good in Manhattan are Everyman, Gimme! Coffee, and Third Rail. Kaffe 1668, Joe, and 9th Street Espresso I've had good shots at but they can be inconsistent.

Addendum:
While staying with my sister in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, found Qathra Cafe, just a half block or so away. Nice place! Right now, they're pulling Counter Culture Apollo on a La Marzocco Strada. Nice to find something really good just a short walk away. Unfortunately, both my sister and my brother-in-law have had to give up caffeine, so it doesn't do them much good.
