Hi, I have a Saeco Spidem Villa machine that I think could use a "tune-up". It's about 6 years old. Does anyone know of a reliable place in/near Buffalo where I can take it?

See if you can chat with Phil Roberts at Delish, on Amherst. I doubt they do repairs, but he's a talented barista, and likely knows somebody nearby who can help you out. Failing that, Tomas Reyer from Gimme! did a great job with my La Pavoni, but he's in Ithaca. Think you're up for a few hours of scenic driving around the Finger Lakes?
