I have an Quick Mill Alexia (2010) and a Mazzer Mini (2004) that needs some basic maitenance performed. I have all the replacement parts, but frankly am nervous to do it myself and I'd like to have someone experienced help me out. I can pay in cash for the help or high quality bourbon (as in the spirit).
The mazzer needs burrs replaced and I have the new ones.
The Alexia needs the gasket replaced and I have it.
I know the burrs are easy to replace, but I figured I'd have that done by someone that has done it before while the gasket is being replaced. I also figured it be good to learn from someone.
I actually live in Jersey City, not New York City, but I'm a 10 minute train ride from lower Manhattan. I have some delicious bourbon and other whiskeys at home ...
