I should like to know if you use tap water or bottled? I'm in Brookhaven and want to know before my machine (Office Control) arrives next week (hopefully). I have tried calling the water dept. to question them about the water hardness without success. As there are no pet stores in the area, I don't know where to get test strips.
Also, have any of you ordered extra baskets or is the original sufficient. If you have ordered others, which brand.

Water test strips can be purchased at a swimming pool supply company. However, let me assure you that the water in Atlanta is very soft. However, you may want to filter your water to remove particles larger than 10 microns.
