You could also look into Mukilteo Coffee Company.  They're located on Whidbey Island and sell to a few local grocery stores and coffee stands.  I've used their 'Mukilteo Blend' once or twice for espresso and it's decent.  It's not so dogged down with the chocolate tones like so many espresso blends have.  
If you like those dark chocolate tones, try Caffe Vita.

I would really consider Caffe Lusso in Redmond, WA.  I've tried many of the "best" roasters in the Seattle area and I find Caffe Lusso to be the best of the bunch.  http://www.caffelusso.com/index.html
