Anyone know of a place with good espresso up north of Seattle city limits?  There's a place in Edmonds that uses Vita beans which I haven't tried but will check out soon.  Any others?

I've been to HotWire in Shoreline several times and enjoy it immensely. It was the first place I got to see a naked/bottomless portafilter in action (beautiful).

You, sir, are a life saver.  I'll check that place out tonight.  Thanks a ton.

Update:  I stopped by.  Ordered a double and was served by a knowledgable and friendly young man with some serious sideburns who name I didn't catch.  I was impressed with the results - nice, balanced, smooth shot pulled with some pretty intense TLC.

Yes, he served me too. Sean, maybe? I'm terrible with names. He showed me my first naked shots.

You, sir, are a life saver.

I'm happy to have helped!
