Hey guys, a new coffee house just opened in Tucson AZ  on Stone Ave just north of PCC. The Coffee Vein is owned by Martha Raymond. Some of you may know her as the manager from Safehouse. Well she's done what most of us Barista want to do, and has massive amount of skill and knowledge in coffee to back-up her move from manager to owner.
I'm her first employee and would like to see some real coffee lovers come in. I apreciate the ohs and ahs from the mocha drinkers but I love to see Cappuccino and Dopio people too.

Baristas seem like shots of espresso if left to sit too long.
They grow cold, bitter and unpalatable.

Well I haven't been to Tustoned in a while, but you got my endorsement.  I'll vouch for Mike.  He's a damn fine barista.

I'll come in next time I'm in the area.  I saw it the other day, but didn't have a chance to stop right then.
