Subject: Flavorful new varietals for my espresso

Have been buying Panama from Pablo's - wonderful shots! and recently visited "downtown" Littleton and brought home Nicaraguan from Sisters Espresso - also wonderful!  My taste buds find these types of beans to have more complexity, flavor, more nuance, than standard espresso blends.  They are best, however, with a minimum of milk or cream, as they don't cut through as well as the very dark roasts.
