Posted Tue Dec 18, 2007, 9:27am Subject: I am looking for a good roasting company in the San Jose, Ca area
I normally roast my own coffee for Christmas gifts but this year I am just way over booked for work and school. I have about 35 to 40 lbs of coffee to roast and no time to do it.
I thought I found a coffee roaster in Los Gatos who would roast my coffee but they never got back to me with a price.
So, what I am looking for is a solid roasting company that would be willing to roast 35+ lbs of coffee for me. I would prefer someone who is willing to charge a reasonable price, but so long as it is not extortion, then I would be willing to talk to them.
I appreciate any help you guys can give me.
Its been about 2 years since I logged in here. This is where I came to learn what to buy and how to roast it. This place has always been full of great info and help.
