In the 4/6/08 Sunday San Jose Mercury news there is an article about a new Oxbow Farmers Market in the town of Napa. Article mentions that Ritual Coffee Roasters will be there in May. Cool!

The new Ritual location at Oxbow opened almost a month ago and I finally got to visit.

I was there quite early at 8am when all the other stores at Oxbow market were still closed.

A four group GB5, four grinders, and two Clovers. Looks like Ritual is ready to handle a crowd. I had this nice Sweet Tooth espresso.

I don't mind a barista looking cooler than a GB5. But a barista looking cooler than an already cool looking Clover, I don't know about that. I had this Brasil Yellow Bourbon made on the Clover. Was a bit disappointing. Clover coffee has been a bit hit or miss for me. Coffee can turn out very nice but not always.
