Subject: Is Idaho West?

If it is, then the 'Flying M Coffee Garage' is your place for coffee in Nampa (just east of Boise).  Right in the center of 'Old Town' Nampa on 2nd St and 14th Ave, they have a great FB-70 and the skills to use it. Ashley was pretty much the Rock Star, as advertised, but there weren't any slouches.  There was one barista that insisted that my capps were eight ounces after I'd asked for six, but even that wasn't too bad.   They seemed to grasp what I wanted after asking for the small cup the second time.  They grind per shot, and they do pour a little art.
They roast their own on property, and I took a pound home with me.  I'm running out so I have to get in touch and see if they'll ship...
The baked goods were top notch, and the kitschy gift shop was cool.  Nice hats.
