Are there any UC Irvine students here? I was thinking of starting a coffee tasting / education club at the campus, but need a co founder. If anyone's interested or has any idea what would be good for a campus club in general, I'm open to suggestions.
I suggest you start with Prof. Topik, who is writing a history of the coffee trade: Click here. I had several conversations with him two years ago when I was planning a consumer event for SCAA.
