Hi there, i'm pretty new to the coffee geek community and was wondering if there were any other coffee geeks in the santa barbara area that roast their own beans, mod their machines, and otherwise make great tasting espresso shots? i would love some feed back as to technique, quality of beans, roast level, espresso machine mods, and pretty much anything else coffee related, as well as recs on good coffee houses (i can't really handle the attitude at SB roasting company, and de angelo's is usually too busy).
