welcome to the front range! Kaladi Brothers by DU is my favorite, but Daz Bog is also solid. I've had good luck with both. Brew Market out of boulder also does some good work roasting. I think there is a cafe up in loveland closer to you that brews a good cup, not sure if they roast their own and sell beans though. You should be able to do a search on Denver/Colorado on this thread and come up with some good findings.
