This place is newly opened, serving Ritual, and is absolutely beautiful. I stopped in just now to see; I did not try a coffee, as I just finished working night shift and gotta sleep, but clearly Jimmy, the owner, has his head in the right place, and I have high expectations for my next visit. It was pretty quiet in there, so show some support, as it's the *only* coffee shop serving up the good stuff anywhere near 3rd street.

geez, those are some inconvenient hours for anyone that isnt immediately local to them.

Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 5 pm
Sat 8:30 am - 4 pm

i hope this isnt a trend of 3rd wave cafes in the area.  I know handsome in dtla closes at 5, too.

A 10 hour window isn't big enough?

nope.  not if people dont live or work in west la.

and last i checked, many people get out of work around 5(myself at 7-730).  also they only open on one weekend day(saturday.  and they close at 4 that day).   it's doesnt seem convenient for anyone that doesnt live or work nearby.
