I'll confirm on my attendance tomorrow. Container left asia last night and we'd salted a few away for me.. Working on having them shipped air so I can bring 1 maybe 2...
REMINDER: Never leave the roaster unattended when in use !! And remember to use our Rosetta Stone tip PART V PARAGRAPH 3.. it works !!!

I'm excited about this one, so I want to give it a final bump before Sunday. I'm bringing my Behmor 1600, my 18 amp Variac and a Kill-a-Watt. And some beans that I'll be roasting tomorrow evening for the roast exchange.

very nice to meet you fellow coffeegeeks this morning, Russel, George, Joe, Greg, Brian and others.
was cool to checkout the Brazen, wish i coulda tasted a cup before i left. Oh well.
hope whoever took my beans enjoys them. They were the mason jar labeled Ethiopia Yrgacheffe Konga Natural. They were roasted last night and i find it hits it's peak right around day 5(about 9/13). Let me know what you think.
Thanks for setting it up again, Russel! And thanks to Demitasse for your hospitality! Looking forward to the next one. Hopefully i can stay longer next time.
