heading up to Fresno soon, any updates on Cafe Corazon or Kuppa Joy?

Posted July 28, 2013 link

I was at Kuppa Joy a couple of months ago.  It was fine.  Didn't stand out as being great (though it certainly is for the area) or horrible.

went to Cafe Corazon today - forgot to read the previous posts about the espresso....indeed there is a Anita there, but also a Mazzer Super, so hopefully the LM 2 group is on its way soon. It's got a good rustic feel in the store, a little dark though. The espresso was good, but the steamed milk was a little oversteamed (not sure if it's the machine or the barista). I'm happy to patronize any place in this area who provides a step above what's otherwise available - I'll definitely be back!

The Anita in Cafe Corazon is actually my old machine.  I sold it to Leo when I upgraded.  It was certainly much cheaper for him than getting a two group commercial machine, but it's probably not the greatest for using in a cafe.  It will be nice when they upgrade.
