That's a great list, I should probably try out more of these.
I've tried and like Chromatic, Bellano (and their San Pedro Square location B2), and Back Yard Coffee, I recommend these shops. I like that Chromatic is open late, my Wife used to work nearby and I could stop off for coffee. Chromatic is also a roaster so they server their own coffee.
I've been waiting for Red Berry to open, I believe they're waiting on permits. I was a regular at their downtown San Jose location, but I'd be willing to make the trip to Los Altos to check them out.
