The Tea & Coffee Trade Journal will host the first ever European World Cup Latte Art and the European Barista Championships at the Tea & Coffee World Cup in Hamburg, Germany from September 11 – 13, 2005. In addition to T&CWC conference speakers, exhibitions and special events, the T&CWC will hold both latte art and barista finals on the same stage!  There will also be a European Latte Art/Barista Judges Training & Certification on Saturday, September 10th.  Winners of both events will receive €500 each, €300 for runner-up and €200 for third place. With grand trophies the European Barista Champion will then have bragging rights? to proclaim as being the Best Barista in Europe!

Barista, someone who expertly prepares espresso coffee beverages, from Europe will attend this three day championship and work with some of the best European regional coffee baristi to learn more about the craft of espresso.

A good time will be enjoyed by all!
