Bellevue, WA-Coffee Fest will be taking a handful of exhibitors and a portion of the International Academy of Specialty Coffee (I.A.S.C.) educational programming to the China International Coffee Industry Exposition (CICIE) in Beijing, China, July 13 through 15, 2006.

The Coffee Fest Pavilion within CICIE will consist of 20 booth spaces devoted exclusively to Coffee Fest partners and, along with the I.A.S.C., hopes to be the focal point of this year's Beijing show. Current exhibitors include equipment manufacturers, coffee roasters, syrup and flavoring manufacturers, tea companies and more.

"The Asian specialty coffee marketplace is growing at an astonishing," says David Heilbrunn, Coffee Fest show manager. "We're proud to be the vehicle that is going to assist our exhibitors with this tremendous business opportunity while at the same time supporting and growing the vibrant industry just beginning to blossom in Asia."

Following are some of the services Coffee Fest is offering to its exhibitors who wish to enter the Asian specialty coffee marketplace:
Assistance obtaining Chinese visas.
Freight forwarding partner.
Affordable interpreters.
Official hotel featuring western-sized beds and a traditional American buffet breakfast.
Hotel shuttle bus for Coffee Fest Pavilion participants.
In-country printing of collateral/marketing materials and/or booth display banners, all with on-site pre-show delivery.
Travel partners providing assistance with airline travel and tours.
A solid Chinese/American team to assist you in nearly all facets of doing business in China.

Coffee Fest plans to produce an annual show in Beijing following the debut this July. In addition, Coffee Fest intends to debut two more world-class shows which will be produced annually in two other countries to be launched in 2007 and 2008, respectively.

As premium incentive, Coffee Fest is providing all exhibitors in this 2006 Beijing Coffee Fest Pavilion a grandfathered 7.5-percent discount off booth space in all Coffee Fest-produced shows internationally through 2016!

An informational meeting for all interested parties, hosted by Coffee Fest in conjunction with its Asian business partner China Pacific Global, will be held during Coffee Fest Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Saturday, June 10 at 6 p.m. Please check at the registration desk or show guide for exact location.
