Seattle, WA—Coffee Fest, American Barista & Coffee School (ABC) and Fresh Cup Magazine are proud to present “Coffee Cruise II”. The seven-day coffee cruise, which will depart from New Orleans aboard the Norwegian Sun, one of Norwegian Cruise Line’s top luxury liners, offers a rich itinerary, including educational sessions, networking opportunities and stops in coffee-growing countries in Central America.
“Coffee Cruise II” will kick-off with a pre-cruise party in New Orleans (exact location to be determined) on March 10, the evening before departure. Once on the ship, participants will be able to choose from a variety of educational sessions including cuppings, retailer roundtables and more to fill their “at sea” days. There will also be a breakfast bar and coffee tasting area, where cruisers can meet up and taste different coffees each morning. All of this is offered to coffee industry newcomers and professionals alike. Inside cabins cost $796.26 per person; ocean view cabins cost $911.26 per person; and balcony cabins cost $1046.26 per person. These prices include all port charges, taxes and fees. Also offered will be a bonus visit to Fincas Dos Marias in Guatemala. This will be a special excursion trip, with an extra fee required and will include transfers from the boat to a chartered airplane, to fly over the country and see volcanoes and many of Guatemala's coffee growing regions, to the Dos Marias farm where lunch will be served and a tour of the farm as well as a guided hike will be offered.
