Over two days, we will cover the following items in our SCAA Certified training facility:

 a..     How to use the SCAA cupping form
 b..     Hands on practice with cupping
 c..     How to grade coffee
 d..     Intro to the sensory skills test
 e..     Intro to the olfactory test
 f..     Triangle testing practice        

All hands on portions of the class are done in the same facility, with the same equipment and under the same conditions as the actual test.
