The 2005 World Barista Champion Troels Overdal Poulsen will meet coffee enthusiasts at the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry in Milan: a chance not to be missed!

For those who manufacture coffee machines that can stand the “proof of taste”, like Dalla Corte does, there is nothing better than meeting ultra-demanding, accurate baristas... just like Troels Overdal Poulsen is!

That is why he is going to be our guest in Milan, at Host 2011. Troels has always had a strong will to get a thorough knowledge of the world of coffee – he is on the Organizing committee of the Nordic Barista Cup and has managed to make the most of the high professionalism that has always characterized the Cafè Europa in Copenhagen (Denmark), where he worked from 1999 to 2005. The Cafè can boast three World Barista Champions: a great goal that Troels achieved in 2005.

Today, he is Partner in the Danish Roasting Company KONTRA Coffee, where he is International key account, conducts trainings and is responsible for KONTRA´s chain-operating customers. “We have chosen Dalla Corte for a number of reasons” he states. “First, because we get the results we want in the cup and clearly this is paramount.
