Seattle, WA—Coffee Fest has announced it will be hosting Latte Art classes at all Coffee Fest shows in 2005. 2004 Washington DC Millrock Latte Art Champion, Chris DeFerio of gimme coffee in Ithaca, New York, will be teaching the classes at Coffee Fest Chicago; Daniel Wayne of Lux Coffee Bar in Phoenix, Arizona, 2004 Las Vegas Millrock Latte Art Champion, will train at Coffee Fest Las Vegas and Seattle Millrock Latte Art Champion, JC Morris of Café Artigiano in Vancouver, British Columbia, will be teaching Latte Art classes at Coffee Fest Seattle. Six hands-on classes will occur at each show, including two each on Friday and Saturday and one on Sunday.
Each Latte Art class, to be held at Coffee Fest’s Millrock Latte Art Competition venue, will be limited to six students. Friday and Saturday’s classes will occur from 12:30 until 2:30 and 3 until 5. Sunday’s class will happen from 12:30 until 2:30.

Coffee Fest is dedicated to the growth and proliferation of the specialty coffee, gourmet tea and alternative beverage industries. Coffee Fest’s 2005 show schedule is as follows: Coffee Fest Chicago, February 25-27, at Chicago’s Navy Pier; Coffee Fest Las Vegas, June 3-5, at the Las Vegas Convention Center; and Coffee Fest Seattle, October 28-30, at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.
