(SEATTLE) Espresso Specialists, Inc, a Franke Company announces it has formed a new Customer Support team under the leadership of Elizabeth Snodgrass. The new department will provide technical and parts support so that espresso machine owners and technicians can have all of their questions answered by one person each time they call.

In four years with Espresso Specialists, Snodgrass has participated in marketing, quality assurance, technical support and logistics. As Customer Support Manager, she will be tasked with growing, cross-training and managing a team in customer service, technical support and parts. The promotion adds Snodgrass to Espresso Specialists' management team.

Espresso Specialists seeks to improve its customer service professionalism, with the goal of setting a new standard for the commercial espresso equipment industry. The new department will begin operating on December 1, 2004 and be fully self-sufficient by July 1, 2005.
