Versalab, creators of the M3 espresso machine, now also offer the Precision Packer, which performs precise, repeatable tamping every time. Simply dose the porta-filter with fresh ground coffee, put the porta-filter in the Packer, flip the switch, and the piston will compress the grounds to whatever pressure the user has set. Move the porta-filter handle from side to side to polish the top of the puck.
The Versalab M3 rewrites the standard of espresso quality. Going back to first principles ¡V examining the possibilities and requirements of espresso brewing ¡Vthe entire machine was designed from a clean sheet of paper. Every parameter of the brew process has been thought out in detail. The entire extraction process is controlled so stringently as to substantially reduce the distortions of the brewing process. Off-tastes due to poor metal choices, dirty tubing, unstable temperatures, and inaccurate brew parameters have all been eliminated.
To complete espresso making needs, a Versalab grinder is in pre-production final stage. This grinder delivers on the promise of ¡§fresh¡¨. No residual grounds remain behind after grinding to go stale and contaminate the next cup. A true cupping room tool!
The M3 and the Precision Packer have special introductory pricing of 15% off. Learn more at Versalab.com.
