I‘ve had two now and neither has roasted coffee correctly for more that two months. Mine have turned green coffee yellow, not brown.
Machine is for experienced roasters. Automatic features sound good, but are to dependent on environmental factors (temperature etc). A batch set on 12 one day will come out completely different on another day.
Detailed Commentary
Great idea with bad execution. Product design has been well thought out but I have now had two machines and neither has worked for more that a couple of months. I have called to company and they replaced it once but now on the second unit they want me to send it to them for inspection...rather than sending me a replacement. I‘m not happy with that. I spent my money in good faith and now they are not standing behind their warranty. Oh well, no time to argue...I will just wait for another model from another vendor.
