Negative Product Points
Tamper would be better if it was polished as espresso sticks to the rough finish and makes a slight mess on the counter. Also, for the price you pay ~$300, it would be nice to include an allen wrench to adjust the platform height.
Detailed Commentary
Once I got the height of the platform adjusted, the tamp it produces is perfect every time. This was the missing piece in my home espresso. A little expensive, but I am quite happy to be using it. The product arrived quickly and in good shape.

Buying Experience
The product shipping was quite reasonable ($9.95) for the weight and distance (Oregon to Texas). Packing was OK, but since the unit is pretty bulletproof it would be hard to damage in transit. The sales web sit seems primarily geared to PayPal, but credit cards are also accepted.
