I purchased this to use in our Espresso Business 6 or so months ago. I absolutely hands down have to say this is one of those rare few products that are built very well and do absolutely what it is designed to do, consistently tamp, all the time every time! Customer service is excellent and only a phone call away As far as the cost, all I can say is it was well, well worth the price. This is actually an investment for your business, as it will increase your consistancy and productivity as well as minimize possible repetitive motion hazards from hand tamping all day and night!
