Positive Product Points
very even roasts , roasts coffee to full city in under 7min. when it works. looks good , very compact in size easy to clean.
Negative Product Points
heating element and resistor is allways going bad,very very poor costumer assistance from BRIGHTWAY. and a loud motor
Detailed Commentary
I used roaster for under 3 months send it back to Brightway with the same problem twice, they never fixed the problem with the heating element, the product needs some improvments and Brightway needs to get there act together when the roaster is working its a great machine you can fit a good quantity of green beans and as it roasts you can see how the beans start to change there color from the top lid the draw back from roasting is that the motoor blower is to loud and the second crack is kind of hard to hear.
