Detailed Commentary
This is an awesome roaster, built like a tank with a jet engine. I've had it for about 6 months now, and it's roasts like the day I got it. This thing is perfect IMO. It keeps very clean, and the chaff stays out of the way. Simple controls with 9 roast levels, perfect for tweaking. Seperate gas and blower controls too. 1-1.5 lbs. batch capacity, just perfect for what I need. I roast for all my family and friends, and hope to have a cafe someday. Knowing this roaster is able to grow with me is even more of a bonus. It will roast batches back to back all day long, all I have to do is hit the start button and walk away. I've used a Hottop and hated it. Roasted with a popery II for about a year before really taking the plunge to buy this baby. I have zero regrets. Btw, I purchased the Propane version, but is available in NG as well.
Buying Experience
I bought mine from the folks over at www.monstercoffee.com. They were very helpful and even through in 100 lbs. of green espresso blend to get started. My roaster is the same one pictured, but in stainless. It also is a different name and manufacturer, "SonoFresco" www.sonofresco.com
