Bottom Line: A good roaster at a great price if you can live with its faults.
Positive Product Points

Small footprint.  Very quiet while roasting.  Very affordable.

Negative Product Points

Only able to roast 2oz.  Very fast roasting times which may lead to more acidity in the cup.

Detailed Commentary

Ive used my FR for about 8 months now and its really a good little roaster.  It has an adequate chaff collector, a nice small design that feels really solid, and pretty much foolproof operation.   (If you pay attention that is...)  Unfortunately, it does roast only 2oz and it does it fast.  Thats great for those who dont drink much coffee, but for a 2+ coffee drinker household, its a little small.  The fast roasts are good for those who prefer a brighter cup as those varieties may be enhanced by its roast profile.  Those who like a more mellow cup may want to look elsewhere.  All in all, its a great little roaster that cant be beat for the price. ($59)
