Detailed Commentary
Overall, this has got to be one of the best roasters for someone willing to shell out $500. Nice control over temperature, time, and roast regularity. Even though the cooling cycle kind of stinks, there are ways to work around this and get consistent roasting results, every time. My experience shows that batch sizes of 200-250 grams give you the most control and repeatability. I ended up shooting a short video of a sample roast and took some detailed pictures as well.
