I like the ease of use. It produces wonderful coffee. Very easy for a novice to roast great coffee.

Temperature sensor prone to failure. Two of them failed on my machine.
Detailed Commentary
I used the machine for about six months at which point the temperature would not exceed 420 degrees. I looked online for info and found user comments in various places with the same complaint. The temp sensor is a problem on the machines. I went to the manufacturer website and wrote them several times, without an answer. After doing more research and finding similar problems from other users I finally tracked down a replacement part. I installed it and it failed in about a month or so. There is a problem with this machine. Ok, I own a small cafe and likely used it more than it was designed for, but the manufacturer would not even communicate with me. This machine will likely work in the home, but not in a cafe environment (roasting several times per day). But, finding a part without the manufacturer response is a problem.
