I have made three attempts to contact the manufacturer at the advertised online URL. I've heard nothing. After less than 50 roasts the unit has failed. Won't roast. It's Korean junk. DON'T BUY IT-- YOU'LL be SORRY. Ok, thi s is too short--webpage requires 500 words. You'll be very sorry. Very, very sorry. Machine is crap. Total crap. Poorly made, no support, no response to repeated attempts to contact manufacturer. Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap,

Buying Experience

Bad. Heater is subject to failure. No manufacturer support. Cute concept, but a piece of crap.
