Detailed Commentary
I've had this machine for just over four years and I absolutely love it. This roaster will reliably produce a consistent roast time after time. The typical roasting time is 16 or 17 minutes to a Full City+ not including cool down. About 30 minutes total. Learning to roast with this machine was very easy. I have had zero problems with the Gene Cafe and I normally roast two or three times a week, 275 grams of green beans per roast. I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone thinking of buying a home roaster.
