Bottom Line:
If you love coffee and roast your own - buy one.
Ease of use. Wide range of roasts.
Takes a little getting used to. Start out roasting between 4 and 4.5. Anything above 6 is burnt bean in my opinion.
I really like this roaster as I bought it after using a popcorn popper to roast beans. I love that I can put it on my stovetop, under my vented rangehood and roast without smoking up the house and spewing chaff all over the kitchen. My wife isn‘t pleased with the noise (it sounds like a loud hair dryer), so I roast in the house when it won‘t bother her. Other than the noise, I love it.
