Detailed Commentary
Having used the bigger commercial roasters, I see these things as something of a novelty. I know for a fact that you cannot get a decent roast signature from this little gaffers. The fact is: You are wasting good beans running them through this device. This is little, if any, flavor development. Nonetheless, it is a novelty and in the event that I have no BEAN, I can always grab the MACHINE ( if I have some green coffee that is ).. for espresso, it is good to extend some "real roasted" coffee with the fresh stuff from this device.
