Takes a little effort to keep clean.  Capacity is decent but not great, and can't handle as much as they claim.

The iRoast 2 gives the coffee roaster the ultimate control in temperatures and times for his roasting profiles.  It's easy to set up three different temperature steps, then memorize that into one of the 10 memory slots for future use.  It holds about 3/4 cup of beans (they claim up to 1 cup, but that doesn't work as well).  This isn't bad though, even for heavy drinkers like ourselves we only have to roast about every other day.

The glass top container has two levels of filtering in the top.  There's a large-holed metal bonnet inside the lid to catch the big stuff, and a mesh screen in the lid for the finer stuff.  This mesh take some effort to clean though, and will eventually clog up completely if you're not diligent.  We've learned to keep a can of compressed air by the roaster to blow it out between each batch.  You can also buy replacements for $10.  If this clogs up, your roasts will be a huge mess and undrinkable.

This roaster is noisy like any other air roaster.  Nothing different there, no worse or better than the others.  Moving a lot of air is good for the beans.  In the top container there is a tube and a conical bottom which helps assure all of the beans move throughout the entire roaster regularly, and this works very well if you stay at around 3/4 cup of beans.  Roasting level is very even as long as you don't let the screened lid clog up.

Overall, I like this roaster.  We've had it for about a year now, since our FreshRoast+8 died, and I'd never go back.  The control I get with this one, and the programmable profiles, mean a lot more consistency and quality.
