Detailed Commentary
The Hearthware I-Roast2 works very well for fresh roasting coffee. I roast outside in Florida where the ambient temperature varies between 65 and 90 when I roast. I use preset # 2 most of the time. I stop the roast with between 3 and 4 minutes left on the timer, based upon the sound (crack) and look (most important). This gives me a Full City plus roast. (I think). Everything works the way it is supposed to.
