Detailed Commentary
This is an infusion method of brewing coffee that produces a reach flavor similar to the French press. With the Rancilio Rocky burr grinder I use the setting 37 with this filter. Use near boiling water and let steep for 4-5 minutes, be sure to stir as the coffee grounds tend to float to the top. This method really does produce nice creme when used with freshly roasted coffee.
I think this method produces the same full-body flavor as the French press, but is easier to use and clean up. Its also big enough to use with the something the size of 3 cup tea pot.
